Best Noelle Build in Genshin Impact

Best Noelle Build in Genshin Impact

Noelle is one of the healers in Genshin Impact, but she’s certainly not limited to healing. She is one of the only defense scaling characters in the game, meaning her heals are more effective with higher DEF stats. In this guide, we’ll focus on our version of the best Noelle build in Genshin Impact. We’ll look at which weapons, artifacts, and stats pair best with this claymore-wielding Geo character.

Noelle is a character every player has, but how can you make the most out of her? While many character tier lists rate her as sub-optimal, we think she has incredible potential in many team compositions. You can also consider running a secondary Geo character in your team for the Elemental Resonance bonus. Doing so further increases your attack damage by 15% when protected by a shield.

Best Noelle Build in Genshin Impact

Here are the best weapons, stats, and artifacts to focus on for Genshin Impact:

  • Weapons: Whiteblind
  • Stats: DEF, CRIT, Energy Recharge
  • Artifacts: Retracing Bolide

Best Noelle Weapons

In terms of weapons, one of the best options for Noelle is Whiteblind. Luckily, this is a craftable weapon, and you’ll need one Claymore Prototype, 50 Crystal Chunks, and 50 White Iron Chunks to make it. The passive Infusion Blade causes regular and charged attacks to increase ATK and DEF by 6% for six seconds up to four stacks. The passive equates to a permanent 24% damage and defense increase, which is incredible for Noelle.

The optimal way to use Whiteblind is to gain maximum stacks before popping your Elemental Burst. Doing this allows you to get the most potential damage out of the passive.

Infusion Blade: On hit, Normal or Charged Attacks increase base ATK and DEF by 6% for 6 seconds. Max 4 stacks. Can only occur once every 0.5 seconds.

Best Noelle Stats

Noelle’s abilities scale off of defense stats, so for that reason, you want to make your primary stat DEF% on most Artifacts. Sprinkle in some critical chance and critical damage, along with some energy recharge for ability spamming potential, and you’re all set.

Noelle’s healing potential is a bit slower than Barbara and Qiqi, for example. Having a high CRIT chance and damage will help you pump out more damage while Noelle is out on the field. She is viable as a DPS character, so keep that in mind.

Best Noelle Artifacts

The best set to run on Noelle is the Retracing Bolide, hands down when it comes to Artifacts. The two-piece bonus increases shield strength by 35%, while the four-piece bonus increases normal and charged attack damage by 40% when protected by a shield. Keep in mind this is a post-AR40 set, so you can’t get it until a higher level. It’s certainly a set you want to pick up when you can, though. It allows Noelle to break out of her healing role and pump out some massive damage to support the team further.
