All Wutai Spy Locations in Crisis Core: Reunion

Where Could They Be Hiding?!

If you’d classify yourself as a completionist of Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII Reunion, you’ll eventually be tasked with two specific challenges. The first is to build every type of flower wagon for Aerith. The second is to catch all six Wutai spies lurking in and around Midgar. These two tasks are connected because you’ll earn one of the necessary wagon parts by finding each of the spies.

But, where are they hiding? This quest will have you running all around Midgar, from the Shinra building to the Sector 5 Slums. It’s important to note, however, that you must complete this quest and build all wagons for Aerith before Zack departs for Nibelheim in Chapter 7. The game does a decent job of letting you postpone this mission so you can take care of whatever unfinished business you have. So, don’t rush through and accidentally proceed with the story until you’ve done everything you need to do!

All Wutai Spy Locations in Crisis Core: Reunion

You’ll find the first Wutai Spy pretty easily. Go to LOVELESS Avenue and find the stalled truck. Look around carefully and you’ll see a man walking towards the end of the road. Talk with this person several times and they’ll out themselves as a spy.

The second spy can be found in the Sector 5 Slums Market. In fact, there’s a chance you’ve already run into them, but because you weren’t on this specific mission, nothing happened. Like with the first spy, talk with them several times and they’ll blow their cover.

You can find the third spy back in the Shinra Building. Go upstairs, but don’t enter the elevator. Run around in circles for a bit, and you should see someone exit the elevator. Talk to them several times and, of course, they’ll out themselves as a spy.

Number four can be found back in the Sector 8 area, but not by the fountain. Instead, you’ll head upstairs near where the entrance to the train station is. The fourth spy is an innocuous-looking woman speaking with a man. As usual, talk with her several times and this spy will be captured.

The penultimate spy can be found back in the Shinra Building, but this time in the Exhibit Room. You’ll find him standing near the rocket ship. It’s important to remember, if you’re having trouble finding them, the cursor should be colored orange if it’s the right person. Talk with the spy several times and they’ll be captured, freeing you up to find the sixth and final spy.

The final spy can be found in the Sector 6 Slums Park. If you’ve been here before, you may recognize the two kids who are playing SOLDIER, but now there’s a third kid who claims to be from Wutai. This is the sixth and final Wutai Spy. Speak to them several times and they’ll be captured. Afterward, you’ll earn the Walnut Wood, which can be used to build one of Aerith’s wagons.
