Emolga is a DLC exclusive Pokemon, so if you do not have the expansion, you will need to trade someone for it. This Pokemon is relatively easy to find, as it is available in the Forest of Focus in all weather conditions. You can view a map of Emolga’s habitat in the image below.

Head on over to the Forest of Focus, and make sure to look up in the sky. Emolga will be flying around up in the trees in the Forest of Focus. To catch its attention, you need to look up and ring your bell with the left stick. Make sure to carry some Quick Balls on you to make this easier. Emolga should swoop down and fly towards you. If you are not paying attention, you might ride past the area and completely miss him.

Emolga is a Sky Squirrel Electric/Flying-type Pokemon. The Pokedex entry reads, “As Emolga flutters through the air, it crackles with electricity. This Pokemon is cute, but it can cause a lot of trouble.”
