Dandelion Seed is one of the many plants you can collect in Genshin Impact. It’s a character ascension material specific to Jean. If you’re trying to ascend Jean to the maximum level, it’s a good idea to start farming your Dandelion Seeds in advance. Luckily, we have a map of all the locations, so you can easily farm them. Here’s where to find Dandelion Seed in Genshin Impact.

You can find Dandelion Seed in a few different areas of the Mondstadt region. The locations are all around Mondstadt, with a high density of them southwest of Dawn Winery. Refer to the map below for the exact locations:

We recommend putting together an efficient farm route to harvest these materials, along with any other character ascension materials you might need. These respawn every two days, so you can run your course a few times a week so that you’ll have enough materials to ascend Jean to the max.

If you’ve never farmed these before, you need to make sure you have an Anemo character handy. Use their Anemo elemental ability to activate the Dandelion so you can collect the Dandelion Seed. It’s similar to the Mist Flower Corolla in that you must interact with the plant with an element before looting it.

Update: The Dandelion Seed is now used in the Geoculus Resonance Stone in the Genshin Impact 1.1 update. You may want to collect these whenever they are available!

There you have it. Those are all the areas you can visit to farm some Dandelion Seed so you can level up your Jean. I hope this guide helps you out. For more content, check out our guides on the best Jean build, best mining spots, and more.
