Clauncher has about a 5% spawn chance, and Clawitzer has about a 1% spawn chance. You can find Clauncher at any of the seas in the Isle of Armor. The possible habitats include the Insular Sea, the Workout Sea, the Stepping-Stone Sea, and the Honeycalm Sea. We found a Clauncher near the Tower of Waters, over in the Honeycalm Sea by Honeycalm Island.

Another way to find Clauncher is to go through the Raid Dens. Put your Wishing Piece in and hope for a Clauncher. You could get lucky and end up finding a Clauncher, but we recommend circling the seas. There are no special weather conditions for this Pokemon to spawn.

Clauncher evolves at level 37, so you can quickly evolve him into Clawitzer by feeding him a Large Candy and leveling him up once. Again, this pokemon is exclusive to Pokemon Sword, so you may need to trade someone for it.

If you have Pokemon Shield, there is also a Pokemon exclusive to your version. You may want to check our guide on where to find Skrelp and the evolved form Dragalge in Pokemon Sword instead. For both of these, you need to own the Isle of Armor expansion. The process for finding Skrelp is the same, but you need a different version of the game.
