To access the codes to open the PUMP ROOM and the STORAGE ROOM, there are some things you must take care of.

  • PUMP ROOM CODE
    • Become a Detective.
    • Purchase Scuba Diving Set, Camera.
    • Find Evidence of Pollution.
    • Return to Police Chief, who will give you the Pump Room code.
  • STORAGE ROOM CODE
    • Enter the Pump Room.
    • Eavesdrop on the two henchmen, who reveal their boss will come by at 9 p.m.
    • Return to the Pump Room at 9 p.m.
    • Eavesdrop once again, as the Boss reveals the Storage Room code.
