To access the codes to open the PUMP ROOM and the STORAGE ROOM, there are some things you must take care of.
- PUMP ROOM CODE
- Become a Detective.
- Purchase Scuba Diving Set, Camera.
- Find Evidence of Pollution.
- Return to Police Chief, who will give you the Pump Room code.
- STORAGE ROOM CODE
- Enter the Pump Room.
- Eavesdrop on the two henchmen, who reveal their boss will come by at 9 p.m.
- Return to the Pump Room at 9 p.m.
- Eavesdrop once again, as the Boss reveals the Storage Room code.
