Similar to the console and PC version of Dead by Daylight, the mobile version has a variety of Killers and Survivors players can choose from. Although, not all of these perks or abilities are available straight away and some can only be unlocked after you’ve reached a certain level with that character.

Every Killer and Survivor has a standard skill as well as a passive skill but the rest can generally only be obtained by levelling up your character. When it comes to teachable perks, these are special skills that can only be unlocked by raising their level to 20, 30 and 40.

At each level (20, 30 and 40), you will receive a different perk for said character, which can then be taught to other characters in the game. This means that if you are able to level up each character in Dead by Daylight, you will be able to unlock and use all of their teachable perks interchangeably.

Once you’ve unlocked a teachable perk, you can use it by;

  1. Selecting the character that the perk belongs to.
  2. From the main menu, go to the “Skill” tab and select which perk you want to use.
