Best Cyno Builds, Weapons, Artifacts and Teams in Geshin Impact – Guide

Best build Cyno in Genshin Impact!

We love electro characters on Genshin Impact. It’s the reason why we main Fischl because of her amazing abilities. If you build up an electro character just right they can do incredible damage and we love that. Cyno is the latest character introduced during the 3.5 update on Genshin Impact. He’s a five star character who we’re hoping to help you when building him. If you’re wanting to add Cyno on your team we’re going to focus on which weapons to give him, what artifacts he should be wielding, and who his team mates should be. Here’s the best Cyno build, weapons, artifacts, and teams in Genshin Impact guide.

Best Cyno Build Genshin Impact

Cyno is a five star character on Genshin Impact that wields a pole arm and has electro capabilities. He’s an easy to play character that has a high critical damage base. Let’s put that to good use when we’re building our team. Unfortunately he isn’t perfect and comes with some limitations such as his elemental skills bursts needs proper timing if you want to get it right or you need the right team mates to perform effortlessly. That part doesn’t concern us because we have the perfect team mates for him.

If you want to build Cyno properly you’re going to want to assign him as the main DPS. Unlike Dehya who works best as a sub DPS, Cyno is the main. We can either build him as a main DPS using thundering fury or build him with a team that has two or more non electro characters. We wanted to focus on building him using Thundering Fury.

In order to do this you need to have him wield Staff of the Scarlet Sands, Staff of Homa, White Tassel, or Deathmatch. The artifacts he should wield are Thundering Fury, obviously, since that’s what we’re going for right now. Make sure all of his stats when equipping artifacts deal with elemental mastery, electro DMG, and CRIT Rate. Technically Gilded is his best artifact but that’s only if you have his signature weapon. That’s why we’re going for the Thundering Fury build.

Best Cyno Team Genshin Impact

Artifacts and weapons are nothing without a team to back you up. If you’re using Cyno always make sure to have a healer and a shielder. The shielder will prevent enemies from disturbing him while he uses his swift moves. Think about using characters such as Beidou as a Sub DPS, Nahida as Support, and Zhongli as Support. If you use Thundering Fury with Beidou this could work out perfectly for you when dealing lots of damage. She also is great to use if you’re looking for a shield or any other buffs.

If you don’t have access to some of these characters, such as Zhongli, you can try replacing Zhongli with Nahida or you, traveler as support in your Dendro form. Nahida uses her Dendro powers off field so that means when Cyno fights alongside the two can become perfectly matched.
