You can find Wolfhook primarily in the Wolvendom area of Mondstadt in Genshin Impact. The respawn time is roughly two days, so you may want to check up on this spot a few times a week to maximize the Wolfhook you find. Refer to the map below for the approximate locations. 

There is somewhere around twenty to thirty Wolfhook in Wolvendom, so be sure to check around the areas we marked on the map. Again, this is a character ascension material for Razor. Make sure to look around the Wolf of the North location, as you’ll find a bunch of Wolfhook scattered around the outskirts.
