Exit the building and head northeast off the balcony. Glide down to the ground, towards the center of the yellow marker on the minimap. You should see two large rocks, each containing a portion of the Sigil. For this task, you need to stand in the right position and angle your camera, so the Sigils line up and form the full word.
When you’re standing in the right position, the Witness Sigil should slightly light up into a bright yellow. There’s a small light on the ground that serves as a clue for where to stand. Hold your camera there for a moment, and you should then progress to the next part of the questline. Please note, if you’re having trouble getting completion, try switching your clock to daytime.
After that’s done, Dusky Ming will appear and run away. Chase her down and defeat the Ruin Hunter. From there, you’ll have to head back into the inn and talk to a few more people to complete the questline.
