While traveling through Teyvat, you will stumble across a ghost in Mingyun Village. The ghost gives you a side quest called The Tree who Stands Alone. One of the objectives of this side quest asks players to search through a village. If you read the quest, it says you are looking for a strangely written will. Where to Look Around Mingyun Village in Genshin Impact
After getting the quest from the ghost, walk west a few feet and into the wooden house. Inside, you’ll see an open book lying on the wood box. Interact with the lost notes, as it’s the first objective of the quest.
Next, you’ll need to explore four nearby locations. You’re looking for four rolled up pieces of paper, each located in a mine to the east, north, south, and west. Each of the four areas has a mark on the map. Feel free to refer to the images below for the exact locations in case you’re lost.
You’ll come across a lot of ore in each of the mines, so it might help to equip a character that uses a greatsword. With a greatsword, you can one-shot most of the nodes and immediately loot the ore.
After collecting each of the four quest items, you have to collect the treasure. Make your way to the top of the hill at the marked location. There’s a large tree with red leaves, and a buried treasure underneath it with a shovel sticking out. Walk over to it and dig up the prize to complete the quest. You’ll then complete the quest, receive your primo gems, and hopefully get some nice loot.
