Pokemon Go Fest 2020 has come to a close, and players completed enough Global Challenges get access to all the Ultra Unlocks. The special Ultra Unlocks include three weeks of events: Dragon, Enigma, and Unova. It begins on July 31 and runs until August 21, with each week featuring increased Pokemon spawn rates, specific egg hatches, new shinies, legendary raids, and Gen 5 releases.

Pokemon Go Ultra Unlock 2020 Dates and Rewards

The Pokemon Go Ultra Unlock 2020 starts at 4 pm (EDT) on July 31 and goes until August 21. Here’s a breakdown of the dates and rewards for each week.

  • Dragon Week: July 31 to August 7
    • Timed Research questline for two Deino encounters
    • Wild Bagon, Gible, Horsea, Dratini, Alolan Exeggutor, Trapinch, and Swablu appear more often
    • 7km eggs hatch Horsea, Dratini, Trapinch, Swablu, Bagon, Gible, Deino
    • Rayquaza in five-star raids
    • Shiny Deino, Zweilous, and Hydreigon
  • Enigma Week: August 7 to August 14
    • Beheeyem and Elgyem now in Pokemon Go
    • Wild Baltoy, Broznor, Clefairy, Elgyem, Jigglypuff, Staryu, Lunatone, Solrock, appear more often
    • 7km eggs hatch Cleffa, Igglybuff, Lunatone, Solrock, and Elgyem
    • Unown U, L, T, R, A available in raids
    • Deoxys in five-star raids
    • Shiny Staryu and Starmie
  • Unova Week: August 14 to August 21
    • Cottonee, Emolga, and Sewaddle worldwide in Pokemon Go 
    • Bouffalant in NYC and surrounding areas in the wild and 5km eggs
    • Wild Sewaddle, Cottonee, and Emolga appear more often
    • 7km eggs hatch Sewaddle, Cottonee, and Emolga 
    • Roggenrola available in raids
    • Genesect in five-star raids
    • Shiny Roggenrola, Boldore, Gigalith, and Genesect
