To celebrate the start of Easter and the change to Spring, Pokemon GO hosts a rabbit-inspired event! Trainers can participate in the Spring into Spring event over the next five days for some great rewards. There’s also a chance to pick up some super rare Pokemon like the Shiny Flower Crown Chansey. Here’s a look at the Pokemon GO Spring into Spring Field Research tasks and rewards, along with the rest of the event details.
Pokemon GO‘s Spring into Spring event begins on Sunday, April 4, 2021 at 10 AM and ends on Thursday, April 8, 2021 at 8 PM Local Time.
Spawn rates are higher for Pikachu, Exeggcute, Marill, Plusle, Minun, Buneary, and Bunnelby. These Pokemon will also hatch more often in 2 km Eggs: Eevee, Exeggcute, Pichu, Togepi, Azurill, Buneary, Happiny, Munchlax, Rufflet, and Bunnelby. Trainers can also enjoy the following bonuses during the event duration:
- Hatch Candy x2
- Lucky Eggs last one hour
- Egg Incubators hatch distance is half
- Specific Pokemon can wear the flower crown
- Event exclusive tasks and challenges
Chansey, Eevee, and Buneary can all wear the Flower Crown, so be on the lookout for those Pokemon if you want to catch them. You can even snag a Shiny Flower Crown Chansey!
Pokemon GO Spring into Spring Field Research Tasks and Rewards
Here’s the Field Research tasks and rewards:
- Catch 25 Exeggcute: Chansey encounter.
- Catch 15 Exeggcute: Azumarill encounter.
- Catch 5 Exeggcute: Eevee and Buneary encounter.
- Win two raids: Rufflet encounter.
- Use one incense: Chansey encounter.
Pokemon GO Spring into Spring Collection Challenge
Here’s a look at the Spring into Spring Collection Challenge:
- Catch an Exeggcute, Shadow Exeggcute, Buneary, Bunnelby, Plusle, Minun, Flower Crown Pikachu, Azumarill, Flower Crown Chansey
- Evolve a Bunnelby into Diggersby
- Rewards: Lucky Egg, Mega Lopunny Energy x50, 2500 XP
