You can encounter Clone Blastoise, Charizard, and Venusaur in four-star raids. You’ll want to prepare your strategy in advance to make sure you can get your hands on all of them. The event will run through the weekend so you have some time to start planning.
Max CP | ATK | DEF | STA | |
Clone Blastoise | 2446 | 171 | 207 | 188 |
Clone Charizard | 2889 | 223 | 173 | 186 |
Clone Venusaur | 2720 | 198 | 189 | 190 |
Armored Mewtwo | 3187 | 182 | 278 | 214 |
Blastoise can be defeated by three trainers pretty easily with the correct counters. Four to six trainers will put you in a pretty safe spot. He is weak to Electric and Grass and boosted by Rainy.
Charizard can be defeated with just two trainers with full maxed out Rampardos, or easily defeated with three to five people. Charizard is weak to Rock (x2), Water, and Electric and boosted by Sunny and Windy. We recommend taking advantage of his Rampardos counter.
Venusaur can be defeated with three trainers with maxed out Psycho Cut Psystrike Mewtwo or easily defeated with four to six trainers. Mewtwo is the recommended option for defeating Venusaur, as he is weak to Fire, Flying, Ice, and Psychic while boosted by Sunny and Cloudy.
Armored Mewtwo can be taken down with four trainers with good counters or easily with six to eight trainers. He is weak to Bug, Dark, and Ghost Pokemon while boosted by Windy. We’d recommend Darkrai, Giratina, Hydreigon, Chandelure, Gengar, or Mewtwo as good options.
