Meteorite Shard Locations in Genshin Impact: Reconciled Stars Guide

The Unreconciled Stars Event is now live, and travelers can earn some excellent rewards for participating. You can get two types of currency during the event: Fading Star’s Might and Fading Star’s Essence. There fourteen days to complete the event, so it’s no rush, but different tasks unlock at specific periods, so it’s best to finish them as soon as possible to maximize your rewards. For day one, you’ll need to collect some Meteorite Shards in three locations. Here are all the Meteorite Shard locations in Genshin Impact.

There’s a trick to this event that some players might not be aware of yet. When you get close to a Meteorite Shard, your character’s vision will begin glowing. Some characters, like Traveler, do not have this ability, but it is visible in others like Fischl. The gem on Fischl’s back begins glowing when she is near a Shard, as seen in the screenshot below:

Players will need to collect seven shards in Guyun Stone Forest, Starfell Lake, and Qingce Village. We’ve outlined most of the shard locations below. It may not contain every single Shard, but there are enough for you to gather and get full credit for the event. We recommend marking your map with a star before heading to the areas so that you can put together a good route.

Unknown Stars – Overture (Day 1)

Here are all of the Meteorite Shard locations for Day 1.

Starfell Lake

We counted 22 Meteorite Shards in Starfell Lake, which you can find at the star symbols on the map below. Start at the northern Statue of the Seven, collect the northernmost Shard, and work your way west and then down.

Guyun Stone Forest

There are roughly twenty or more Meteorite Shards at Guyun Stone Forest. We would start by teleporting to the northern waypoint, heading wet, and making your east and then down from there.

Qingce Village

Finally, there are about twenty Meteorite Shards at Qingce Village. Start north near the farmlands, and then work your way west and down across the bridge, following the road.

After gathering these, open up your Events Overview tab by tapping on the compass on the screen’s top right. Go into Unreconciled Stars and tap Event Details. Go into Unknown Star and collect your rewards for the day! Star of Deceitful Dreams unlocks one day from this post.

Starlit Cape Oath

There are 19 Meteorite Shards in Dadaupa Gorge. Start on the eastern waypoint and make your way west.

Stardust in Jueyun

There are 20 Meteorite Shards in Jueyun area, including Huaguang Stone Forest, Qingyun Peak, and Mt. Hula.

Yaoguang Algol

There are 17 Meteorite Shards in the Yaoguang Shoal region. Start at the northern waypoint and make your way south.
