If you want to unlock all of the new blood moon decorations in Cult of the Lamb, you’ll need to do the Blood Moon Ritual. Completing the Blood Moon Ritual in Cult of the Lamb is easy! All you need to do is head over to your Temple and go inside. Once you’re inside your Temple, go to your Temple Alter and select the Rituals section. From there you should see the Blood Moon Ritual option (if you downloaded the update correctly) among your cult’s other rituals.

Selecting this ritual will begin the Blood Moon event in your game; a blood moon will rise for three in-game days, which will block out the sun and plunge your cult into red-tinged darkness. In addition to this, the spirits of your dead followers will begin to roam around your base!
