How to Unlock all New Blood Moon Follower Forms in Cult of the Lamb
Getting all of the new limited-edition follower forms before this event ends may seem daunting, but it’s actually incredibly easy; you’ll likely have no trouble with it at all! During the event, players will be able to start and partake in a new ritual called the Blood Moon Ritual. You’ll need to do this ritual if you want to get all the blood moon follower forms in Cult of the Lamb. This ritual is very easy to complete and takes very few resources; you can do it multiple times if you don’t get all of the forms on your first try!

To get started on the ritual, you’ll first need to head over to your Temple. Once you’re inside, go to your Temple Alter and go to the Rituals section. From there, if you’ve downloaded the update correctly, you should see the Blood Moon Ritual option. Select this option (you’ll need at least twenty pumpkins in your inventory) and the Blood Moon should begin and last a few in-game days.
During this time, your cult’s base will become very dark (whether it’s day or night) and tinged red, you may want to bump up your screen’s brightness before you do this ritual. After the Blood Moon is in effect, spirits of your fallen followers will begin to roam around your base; you’ll need to hunt down and collect these spirits in order to get all the blood moon follower forms in Cult of the Lamb!
Every spirit you collect will reward you with either a new follower form or a new decoration blueprint, it’s decided at random. Just keep capturing as many wandering spirits as you can until you get three new spooky follower forms!
All New Blood Moon Follower Forms in Cult of the Lamb
This event will reward players with three new follower forms: a Raven form, a Demon form, and an Ox Skull form. Each of these new forms comes with their own varients and are color customizable, just like the other follower forms in the game. Three forms may not seem like much, but these epic follower forms are definitely worth the effort! You won’t be able to get these follower forms ever again after the event passes, so don’t miss out on this awesome chance to get some terrifying free forms for your followers!
