How to Get the Wow Emote in FFXIV

WOW!!!

Communication on FFXIV is superb. Everyone in the community is so welcoming and friendly, and the emotes are perfect. They’re perfect for players who don’t want to hop on your microphone to talk for whatever reason. Personally, we don’t like talking on the mic, and it’s because we’re a little anti-social, so using emotes, is a great way to express how you feel.

It’s fun when you’re waiting for a dungeon to start up or just want to interact with your friends. When FFXIV comes out with emotes players immediately try to grab hold of them. The newest addition to the emotes family is called the “wow” emote. This is how to get the new wow emote in FFXIV.

The Wow Emote in FFXIV

Wow! We can’t believe we can finally express how we feel inside. Wow is the newest addition to the FFXIV emotes family and using it shows how happy you are for something. This could be incredibly useful if you’r anticipating a raid or dungeon with your teammates. It’s cute and, yes, it’s a cosmetic item that you need to unlock. It’s not on the same level as the emote you can unlock by doing The Hildibrand quests. However, it’s still an emote you need to add to your list. Once you unlock it your character will experience little sparkles of light around their character, and they’ll clench their fists together in excitement.

Where to Find Wow Emote in FFXIV

Earning this emote requires you to obtain Sil’dihn Potsherds, and this means you need to be at least level 90 in a job. Sorry players below 90. This is an emote you can’t get immediately, but once you hit level 90, you will have a chance. All you need to do is finish The Endwalker main story quests so you can unlock a dungeon called “A Key To The Past”. You know the drill. Finish the dungeon, and you will obtain the currency you need in order to get the emote. You don’t need a lot of them so just grab nine Potsherds and go to Old Sharlayan. Speak to Trisassant and exchange your currency for the emote and that’s it! You have unlocked a cute emote!
