You’ll need some Galarica Twigs from Isle of Armor. If you’ve been playing a lot of Isle of Armor, you likely already have a bunch of twigs. The twigs turn into a Galarica Wreath: a wreath made from woven-together Galarica Twigs. Placing it on the head of a Galarian Slowpoke makes the Pokemon very happy.

Start by heading to the Roaring-Sea Caves region of Crown Tundra, which is on the map’s eastern side. Ultimately, this brings you to the Frigid Sea. As you go through the caves and approach the Frigid Sea, make a left down the small riverway. Go past all of the icebergs to the opening and past the raid den.

You will eventually enter the Roaring-Sea Caves once again and find a woman standing in the corner. The woman offers to weave together a Galarica Wreath for you for 15 Galarica Twigs. If you don’t have enough, gather some more Galarica Twigs until you have enough to make the Wreath.

Once you have the Galarica Wreath, use the item on your Slowpoke. The Slowpoke will evolve into Galarian Slowking. You can then learn Eerie Spell, the signature move that removes 3 PP from the target’s last move.
