The Frightful Flain is an Offering that’s been added to Dead by Daylight as part of the Twisted Masquerade anniversary event. It’s an exceptionally powerful consumable that provides players with a significant boost in Bloodpoints earned from every match. As a result, it’s easily become one of the most highly sought-after items in the game.
Unfortunately, the only way to obtain a Frightful Flan is by investing Bloodpoints in the Bloodweb. Even though it doesn’t necessarily guarantee that you will receive a Frightful Flan, it will vastly improve your chances as you progress through each level.
Most players have found that it tends to appear after they’ve reached Level 15. It’s also reportedly easier to acquire if you’re using a Killer or Survivor with any level of prestige.

However, every Frightful Flan can only be used be used once. So, even though it lasts for the entire match, it’s strongly advised to collect as many as you possibly can.
It’s also worth noting that the effect is stackable. For example, every time you use a Frightful Flan in a Trial, it grants 106% bonus Bloodpoints.
