Fall Guys is a simple battle royale, where users play as beans and compete to stay the last one standing throughout different rounds. While the game has simple mechanics of moving and jumping to overcome most obstacles, there are certain tricks you can use to either look cool in your matches or to get an edge over others.

Most players are aware of the jumping mechanic because without it they can’t play Fall Guys. However, there is a way to jump twice in Fall Guys. It’s like a double jump which lets the bean float in the air for a short while. In this guide, we will see how you can perform the floating double jump in the game.

How to Double Jump in Fall Guys

To start, you will need to look at the key binding for the ‘Jump’ action and the ‘Dive’ action in the game. Here are a few steps to check control settings.

  • Go to the options menu by pressing on the gear icon on the top right-hand side of your screen.
  • Click on the controller settings or the keyboard settings if you are using a keyboard.
  • Check the keys assigned to Jump and Dive under the control menu.

Once you are sure of the keys, hope in a game. Now while running press the ‘Jump’ key and then quickly tap on the ‘Dive’ key. This will enable your bean to jump and then glide in the air for a few seconds. Jumping and gliding help extend the range of your jump and gives you an added advantage over the players who don’t know this super cool technique.

That’s all the information on performing a double jump in Fall Guys.
