How to Complete Master of Mimicry Trophy

The first step for completing the Master of Mimicry Trophy is to equip the Enemy Skill Materia and make sure it is equipped to your character. You can buy this Materia from Chadley after completing the Battle Intel Report 16.

After the Enemy Skill Materia is equipped to your character, getting hit by the different types of enemy attacks will learn them. The goal here is to learn all four different types of enemy attacks. It’s important to note that getting hit by an attack will not guarantee that you learn it, so it may require multiple hits.

The four different enemy attacks we’ll need to learn here are Spirit Siphon, Self Destruct, Algid Aura, and Bad Breath. Example locations for each enemy attack are shown below.

Enemy Skill #1 – Spirit Siphon

Spirit Siphon can be learned from a Phantom in the Chapter 14 side quest called Missing Children. You can find this in the Sector 5 Slums Area of the map in Nuts ‘n’ Bolts Hills.

Enemy Skill #2 – Self Destruct

The next enemy skill we need to learn is Self Destruct from a Smogger. This can be found in the Sector 5 Slums Area in Steel Mountain during the Chapter 14 Intel Gathering objective.

Enemy Skill #3 – Algid Aura

Next, we’ll need to learn the Algid Aura skill from a Cerulean Drake. This can be found in the 55M Above Ground Level Area during the Chapter 15 “The Climb” objective.

Enemy Skill #4 – Bad Breath

Lastly, we need to learn Bad Breath to fully complete this trophy. Find a Malboro in the Chapter 17 Combat Simulator. We need to go into the Combat Simulator 6-Star Challenge “Three-Person Team vs Monsters of Legend”. This is only accessible through Chapter Select after the story has been complete.
