The best FAL loadout in Warzone

This article is over 4 years old and may contain outdated information

This Call of Duty: Warzone Loadout guide will cover our best loadout for the FAL, a weapon that can decimate enemies quickly. It’s a good loadout for people who have a good trigger finger and are capable of hitting headshots with ease. Many people prefer this assault rifle over all others, and it would be in our top favorite ARs along with the M4A1.

Our loadout here is designed for long-range, open field battles, which makes it great for warzone. If you tend to land in an area where you’re doing a lot of close-range battles, you might prefer our Call of Duty: Warzone best M4A1 loadout guide.

Weapon Attachments

For our FAL we will be running the XRK Marksman barrel which helps with range and recoil. The Mini Reflex scope is one we like to use on this weapon, but this comes down to personal preference.

No Stock attachment allows us to target enemies quicker and improves movement speed which lets us get around the map faster. This is kind of the meta right now because mobility is very important for Warzone.

Merc Foregrip helps cut down on the vertical recoil some more because the FAL has a lot of it. Finally, we also run the 30 round mags because ammo is also very important in Warzone.

  • Barrel – XRK Marksman
  • Optic – G.I. Mini Reflex
  • Stock – No Stock
  • Underbarrel – Merc Foregrip
  • Ammunition – 30 Round Mags

Secondary Weapon

We’ll be using Overkill perk on this Warzone loadout, so a good secondary we like to run is the HDR sniper. Here are the weapon attachments we like to run for the HDR:

  • Muzzle – Tactical Suppressor / Monolithic Suppressor
  • Barrel – 26.9″ HDR Pro
  • Optic – Thermal Sniper Scope
  • Stock – FTAC Stalker-Scout
  • Ammunition – 7 Round Mags

The barrel will significantly reduce bullet drop allowing the HDR to be accurate at long ranges. The Thermal Scope is great for this loadout, as it allows us to easily spot out enemies from a distance and pick them off. FTAC Stalker Scout stock lets us aim down sights quicker with this, and we’ll also run the 7 round mags because again, more ammo is important.

Perks

We like to run the usual perks on this build. For the first perk, we like to run Cold Blooded. The reason for this is because we’ll be doing a lot of long-range sniping with our thermal scope. Cold Blooded prevents us from showing up on enemy thermals.

Overkill is the next perk and a must-have so we can run the HDR to complement the FAL.

Lastly, we run Amped to improve weapon switching time between our FAL and HDR and improve equipment usage time.

Lethal & Tactical

For our lethal slot, we like to run Molotov Cocktails. Not only is this fun to use, but we use it mainly for denying blocking off paths. It’s also very useful in the end game when the circle is small to knock people out of cover.

For our tactical slot, the Heartbeat Sensor is probably the most useful in the game. Not only can you use it whenever you want, but it’s good to clear out buildings and spot campers (unless they are running Ghost perk).
