The mysterious and striking Yelan has become quite a popular character in Genshin Impact. She works for the Ministry of Civil Affairs and was introduced to the game last year. Yelan is a rare character and has a five star ranking. She wields her bow with pride and due to her archery abilities she has proven to be a great sub DPS. Not only that, but her talents and elemental bursts increase over time. Although she has some weaknesses, such as having an inconsistent elemental burst, she’s still not someone you should ignore. If you’re wanting to build her up to be a great sub DPS here’s what you need to do. You need to pair her up with a strong bow such as Aqua Simulcara. Yelan Artifacts & Build in Genshin Impact

In order to make Yelan beneficial towards your team you’re going to want to set her up with artifacts, increase her talents, and work on her constellations. You also need to focus on her HP%, Hydro DMG Bonus, CRIT Rate or DMG, and Energy Recharge. This is if you want to build her as your main DPS. Think about using artifacts such as Tenacity of the Millilith x2, Heart of Depth x2. If you’re trying to build her up to become a Sub-DPS you’re going to want to switch out the artifacts with Emblem of Severed Fate x4. Lastly, if you want her to become just a support character you should switch her artifacts to be Noblesse Oblige x4. Honestly the best artifacts you can use for Yelan would have to be Emblem, Tenacity, Heart of Depth, and Noblesse due to the bonuses she gets for her elemental bursts. You can even look into The Exile artifact if you can’t obtain those ones.
