Genshin Impact has introduced some pretty sweet weapons before in the past, but the Aqua Simulacra, is another story. If you prefer using range weapons versus the typical sword you’re going to want to keep reading this. The Aqua Simulacra is a five star bow that can create a lot of damage if you pair it with a character who is worthy enough to wield it. You might remember seeing this weapon introduced when Yelan was brought onto the game. Our favorite Hydro character is not the only one who can wield this bow and deal incredible damage. If you’re wanting to pair up the bow with another one of your favorites keep reading. Here are the best characters to use Aqua Simulacra in Genshin Impact.
Aqua Simulacra Genshin Impact
The Aqua Simulacra is a five star bow that deals about 44-542 damage at base level. It focuses on providing critical damage and has a power called Cleansing Form. Cleansing Form is used to grant an HP increase. You also can gain some damage benefits using Cleansing Form that can go up to 40%. This bow is entirely made up of water, therefore, it has the ability to summon water. Sounds pretty perfect when you can pair it up with someone worthy to wield this power? Here’s some of the characters we recommend, if you want to pair up the Aqua Simulacra, instead of using Yelan in Genshin Impact.
Ganyu
Honestly, if you were to use any bow wielding character from Genshin Impact you could get the job done. The Aqua Simulacra was made for Yelan, therefore, anyone else that wields it doesn’t get the entire benefit. Anyone who wields the weapon faces stats that aren’t ideal. Take for instance, Ganyu. You technically could use Aqua Simulacra on Ganyu. The only issue is that the bow provides an HP boost that doesn’t do justice for Ganyu. We only recommend using the bow when Ganyu doesn’t have access to her other powerful weapons such as Skyward Harp and her primary weapon, Polar Star.
Childe
If you were to pair Childe up with the Aqua Simulacra you wouldn’t be disappointed. It’s one of the top weapons you can pair him up with. The reason for this is because Childe needs to have boosts from his stats dealing with critical damage. Similarly with Ganyu, Childe doesn’t benefit from the HP boost that Aqua Simulacra provides. If you’re still looking for a substitute to wield this majestic bow you should think about pairing it with Childe to give him DPS boosts.
Venti
Venti is another character who could benefit from wielding this bow. Just a reminder that the bow is really only best for Yelan, therefore, the HP boost that the bow provides doesn’t benefit well for other characters. That’s okay! Venti can be a substitute character in case you don’t have Yelan. Venti is useful when you’re using his elemental bursts, and due to this, his boosts are enhanced from the bow. It’s probably one of the best weapons you can use if you want to make Venti a solid character in battle.
Although the Aqua Simulacra isn’t ideal for all characters you can still pair it up with majority of them who can wield a bow. If you don’t have access to these characters are few others that come to mind are Amber, Fischl, and Yoimiya. Try playing around with what you have and go from there. Or, you could just pair the bow its original owner, Yelan to get all of the bow’s benefits.
