Luckily, this won’t be all too difficult because there’s an increased spawn rate for the following Pokemon during the Unova Celebration Event:

  • Blizle
  • Drilbur
  • Snivy
  • Tepig
  • Oshawott
  • Lillipup
  • Herdier
  • Roggenrola
  • Tympole
  • Venipede
  • Scraggy
  • Trubbish
  • Gothita
  • Solosis
  • Ferroseed

To fully complete this challenge, work your way down the list and refer to your in-game challenge menu. You can see the Pokemon get crossed off the list as you catch them. It appears that you need to catch these Pokemon after the event goes live in your region to get credit for them. Trading and evolving Pokemon reportedly does not check them off the list, but this is subject to change.
