When farming these, consider running two Anemo characters to get the following Elemental Resonance:

  • Impetuous Winds: Decreases Stamina Consumption by 15%. Increases Movement Speed by 10% and Shortens Skill CD by 5%.

By having Impetuous Winds, you can roam around more efficiently without continuously draining your stamina. You can also further use food buffs like A Buoyant Breeze, which decreases Stamina consumption by 25% for 30 minutes. Another good item is Delicious Sticky Honey Roast, which does the same but for 900 seconds.
