Why do the forces of evil always need a corresponding mount that will copy their aesthetics? It happened with the Nazgul in The Lord of the Rings, and now it will happen in Diablo 4. I mean, if I were to get a horse, I would opt for an alive and healthy one. Never will I pick one with exposed bones and well, dead. However, I don’t want to hide it guys, I love undead horses, and while it may be a cliché, we all need a little cliché in our lives. With that being said, here is how to get the Temptation Mount in Diablo 4.
How to Get the Temptation Mount in Diablo 4
The Temptation Mount is one of the available mounts that will appear in the brand-new and incredibly expected Diablo 4. It is an undead horse, with raging fire eyes and a decent amount of scars on its body. And by a decent amount, I mean practically all of its body is covered in scars and open flesh. Not only that, but the Temptation Mount will also carry the Hellborn Carapace Mount Armor, which is a set of Mount Armor that will change the appearance of normal mounts to make them look like hellish undead horses. Talk about wholesome content. But anyway, this Mount will let you use a dismount skill depending on your class and will help you travel faster through Sanctuary.
The question is: how do we get the Temptation Mount? Well, there’s some good news and some bad news. The good news is that, if done correctly, you won’t have to do absolutely anything and will get the Mount immediately, even before starting your game. The bad news? You will only get this Mount by purchasing either the Digital Deluxe Edition or the Ultimate Edition of Diablo 4. As of now, this is the only method to get the Mount, so if you really want it, you will have to pay up. Here is a table with the different editions’ content.

Talk about pay-to-play. Oh well, technically every no free-to-play game is pay-to-play, but anyway. Hopefully, the Mount will be available in the game through some other different methods, but it is unlikely since it will defeat the idea of a Deluxe or Premium edition of the game. Money can’t buy happiness, but it appears that I can buy an undead Mount. Good luck!
