Which Genshin Impact Windblume Flower Should You Choose?

While the whole “language of flowers” thing is certainly a romantic notion, I can’t shake the idea from the back of my head that all of the meanings were just pulled out of a hat by some random schlub a few centuries ago. Well, even if the meanings are questionable, it’s still nice to spare some thought to them when you’re giving flowers to someone, especially when that someone is the avatar of the concept of wind. So, which Genshin Impact Windblume Flower should you choose?

During the fourth and final act of the Windblume Festival event in Genshin Impact, titled “Dream of Wind and Flowers,” you’ll be participating in the eponymous festival to honor the Anemo Archon, which Venti hopefully appreciates. As a part of the festivities, participants need to bring an offering of flowers. When you talk to Jean about the offering, she’ll give you a choice of six possible flowers:

  1. Dandelion
  2. Windwheel Aster
  3. Cecilia
  4. Small Lamp Grass
  5. Sweet Flower
  6. Wolfhook

Which Genshin Impact Windblume Flower Should You Choose?

This may seem like an important decision, but remember, this is a festival honoring the Anemo Archon, and anyone who knows Venti knows he ain’t exactly much for details. As it turns out, you can pick any flower you darn well please, as they’ll all take the questline in the exact same direction. In fact, you should choose whatever flower you happen to have on you at the time so you don’t have to go hunting for them.

After you select your offering, you’ll be informed about some unusual wind currents over at Stormterror’s Lair. Follow the destination marker to find a gaggle of monsters huddled around a barrier blocking some wind totems. Dispose of the monsters to unlock the barrier, then interact with the nearby cube to turn on the totems. Use an Anemo-affiliated character to activate the totems in this order: center, right, left.

With the totems activated, the winds will be corrected, and the festivities will be complete. Talk to Venti to complete the quest, learn a little about the meaning of the festival, and claim your reward.
