Where to get the Festering Desire Sword in Genshin Impact

To get the Festering Desire Sword, complete the entire Albedo quest chain in The Chalk Prince and the Dragon Genshin Impact update. The item is a free reward towards the end of the quests. It is a four-star one-hand sword with an Energy Recharge secondary stat. Undying Admiration is the sword’s passive perk, which increases Elemental Skill DMG by 16% and Elemental Skill CRIT Rate by 6%.

A creepy straight sword that almost seems to yearn for life. It drips with a shriveling venom that could even corrupt a mighty dragon.

Albedo hands this sword over to you during the Festering Desire questline, where Sucrose inquires about Albedo’s secret. He will present you with the sword after you take out a few enemies, including Cryo Slimes and Treasure Hoarders.

How to Refine the Festering Desire in Genshin Impact

You can refine the Festering Dragon by participating in the various Acts in The Chalk Prince and The Dragon event. You’ll only be able to upgrade the weapon during this event, so make sure to participate and collect Glittering, Warm, and Miraculous Essence.

Once you have enough event currency, you can pick up the Festering Dragon Marrow from the Event Shop. At the moment, this is the only way to refine this weapon.
