This Last Epoch Sentinel build focuses on the Void Knight and utilizing the new Apathy’s Maw weapon implemented in patch 0.8.2. We have a 100% chance to apply DOOM on hit, which does massive damage over time and increases melee damage against that enemy. The weapon also comes with a large amount of melee Void Damage added, which we combine with Rive and its 100% more Void Damage node to hit things hard. The Last Epoch Doom Void Knight build revolves around the new unique two-handed axe known as Apathy’s Maw, which drops from Shade of Orobyss. It’s a great speedrunning build that utilizes skills like Lunge, Rive, Devouring Orb, Anomaly, and Abyssal Echoes.

Both of the above items drop from Orobyss, so you’ll need to farm it on repeat. For other items, go with critical strikes avoidance, mana regen, and resistances.
