Labs Map Guide in Escape from Tarkov

It's a BIG Level.

In Escape from Tarkov, The Lab is but one of several expansive maps players can experience. It consists of three levels, each around the same general size. There’s the Technical Level, Level 1, and Level 2. But, one does not simply walk into The Lab without a guide handy. To do so would be quite foolish. It’s in that sentiment that we offer this olive branch in the form of a guide to preparing you to face The Lab.

So, we said above that each level is about the same size. But, we should clarify that we meant that in terms of overall area. They each roughly cover the same area, but the Technical Level consists of more narrow hallways while both Level 1 and Level 2 are made up of wide, open spaces.

Technical Level Guide

I hope you’re not claustrophobic, because the Technical Level consists of more narrow walkways and hallways than either Level 1 or Level 2. You can find a Duffle Bag in the northwest corner of the map, as well as some Loose Loot at both ends of the center hallway. There are three more Loose Loots in the southern half of this level, as well. You can find a grand total of eight Toolboxes dotted around the map, as well. But, fear not — they’re mostly located along the middle sector of this floor.
