Head to the northeast area of Jueyun Karst, where you’ll see a pillar with a shrine on top. Refer to the map below if you’re not sure. When you get to the area, a few waves of mobs will spawn. Defeating them allows you to interact with the shrine. Climb the pillar and start the quest, and drain a portion of the water submerging the domain.

Next, you need to light the lanterns around the center. You can find glowing ore at the edges of the water and along the mountains. Use a character with a claymore to destroy the ore quickly and get the light inside of it to follow you. Lead it to one of the lanterns around the middle to activate it. Rinse and repeat this step three times until all three are active. Keep in mind that the light will stop following you after a short time, so be quick. Also, you can get more than one light to follow you at a time.

After the three lanterns are active, the shrine in the middle unlocks. Swim over to it and activate it to drain more water. Now, the Taishan Mansion domain is unlocked and accessible. You will also see a Precious Chest spawn in front of the domain entrance. That’s how to unlock the domain in Jueyun Karst in Genshin Impact.
