Getting Spider Fangs in Hogwarts Legacy is remarkably simple. As you may have realized, Spider Fangs drop from spiders, naturally.

This means you’ll need to defeat some spiders in order to get Spider Fangs. When you best a spider in combat, there’s a chance that it will leave a Spider Fang behind for you to loot.

So, how do you find spiders to fight? If you’re more than eight or nine hours into the game, then you already know the answer – the Forbidden Forest.

Specifically, you’ll find several Spider Lairs dotted around the Forbidden Forest if you zoom your map in. They’re the symbols with the spider’s web, in case you couldn’t tell.

Once you’ve made it to a Lair, a bunch of spiders will spawn. Defeat them, and some of them will drop Sider Fangs.

It’s not a guaranteed drop, but its odds are quite high. You’re bound to get at least two or three from a Spider Lair.

The main use for Spider Fangs in Hogwarts Legacy is to brew Maxima Potions. These potions increase your spell damage for a few seconds, so they’re quite powerful if you put Talent Points into potion-crafting.

Aside from that, there’s not much to do with Spider Fangs. So, craft as many Maxima Potions as you need, it’s not like you’ll need the Fangs for something else.
