In order to get the Far East Merchant Costume in AC Mirage, you can purchase it from a trader for 500 Dirham initially. I say initially because there are ways to decrease the cost of vendor items in the game.

Throughout your time in Baghdad, you’re sure to come across a few merchants to buy and sell things to. Unlike previous entries to the series, AC Mirage’s traders all carry the same inventory. Players can earn Merchant Favor Tokens in one of two ways. You can complete contracts on the board in a Bureau or simply steal them from people by pickpocketing. Both have their advantages and if you want to help people out with contracts, you’re sure to earn a steady supply of every Favor Token. On the other hand, you could swipe the pockets of every person in town and get a decent amount of tokens that way. With most things in AC Mirage, it all depends on how you want to spend your time.

In AC Mirage, players have a total of three types of Favor Tokens they can earn. These Merchant Favor Tokens are what you need to permanently reduce trader prices, along with unlocking certain chests around the map. You’ll start earning these Favor Tokens as soon as you make it to the first Assassin Bureau in Baghdad.
