Cleansing Hearts drop from level 30+ Oceanids and is part of their loot table. The Treasure Collection Cost is 40 Resin, so double-check that you have enough before starting the battle. This elite mob is known as the Rhodeia of Loch, or the Oceanid of Qingce. We recommend using a Frost character like Kaeya and an Electro character like Fischl, for instance.
