Start by heading to the western camp of Lingju Pass. You can refer to the map below if you’re not sure of the exact location. Clear out the camp, and a chest will spawn after all the enemies are dead. Open up the chest, and you will find a key inside. You can use this key to open up the cage and release the woman. Take the key over to the cage, and open it up to proceed to the next task.

Next, you need to collect the treasure. Jump down to the small island in the center of Lingju Pass. There’s a large tree in the area, so aim for that as you’re gliding down. You will also likely run into a camp of mobs there, so get ready to clear it out. Depending on your gear, this may take a couple of minutes.

Next to the large tree, you can see a small dirt patch. Walk over to the location until you have the option to mine. Press your interact key to dig up the chest from the dirt patch.

A Luxurious Chest appears from the dirt, and a looting it completes the And This Treasure Goes To side quest. You’ll also receive a Nameless Treasure quest item. Take it to Liyue Harbor to someone who has an interest in antiques, and they might be able to tell you something about it.
