You probably already encountered some electric enemies and are wondering how to defeat them. It’s not super obvious since you can’t hit them with your sword.
How Do You Kill Electric Enemies in Link’s Awakening
The Mysterious Forest is where you will first encounter electric enemies. They are tall green squid-like creature that will electrocute you if you hit them with your sword.
To defeat them, use some magic powder. The witch will give you the powder in exchange for a mushroom which can be found in the Myserious Forest. Equip the magic powder and use it on an electric enemy, but make sure not to touch it. The powder will daze the enemy and you can then attack it with your sword.
Range weapons can also be used to defeat electric enemies. One example is the bow and arrow. One shot from a bow will put down any electric enemy. The boomerang and hook shot can also be used to stun these enemies, allowing you to finish them off with a sword.
