In the stealth game Hitman 3, there are dozens of different ways to complete each mission. By utilizing various disguises and taking different routes, you can unlock new achievements and level up your stats. In the first primary story mission, Agent 47 goes to Dubai. In the Atrium on level 0, you’ll see a locked door that the event staff use. Here’s the Key Code for the Staff Area in Dubai in Hitman 3.

The Key Code to gain access to the Staff Area in the Dubai mission is 4706. You can head to the first level to the south side of the Atrium to locate the door. It’s on the west wall and will give you easy access to the Staff Area. Walk up to the keypad and enter the code to unlock the door.
When you interact with the keypad, Grey will actually tell you the code. It can be easy to miss, though, if you get distracted or don’t have your audio up enough. You can use this door to provide you access to the cleaning staff area. There’s a vacuum cleaner on the left side of the hallway. You can turn that on to distract the cleaning staff person, and then take them out when they turn their back.
It also provides you an excellent opportunity to steal some staff clothes for a disguise, if you want to go that route. There’s another staff member around the corner, but they are on their phone, so you can easily sneak by them.
