Star of Destiny Details:

Unreconciled Stars: Star of Destiny Schedule

Star of Destiny runs from November 23 through November 30, at 4 AM. Players will need to be Adventure Rank 20 to participate.

Like the previous parts of the Unreconciled Stars Event, players can spend Original Resin to obtain the event-exclusive currency. We finally get to receive some Fading Star’s Essence, rather than the Fading Star’s Might we’ve been getting.

Genshin Impact Star of Destiny Walkthrough

The event begins with speaking to Mona at her spot near the Thousand Winds Temple. From there, you’ll be heading to Qingce Village to talk to Jinglun, who will send you to dispose of the meteorites in the fields. It’s comparable to the previous event where you had to salvage meteorites.

Next, you need to purchase the Qingce Stir Fry recipe from Ms. Bai in Qingce Village for 5,000 Mora. Bring this to Gao the Sixth, and then head back to Mona for another talk. From there, you’ll be heading to the giant meteorite location.

Slimes and other mobs appear around the meteor, and you need to take them out to gather energy. After you have enough power, you can transfer it to the meteor by standing in the glowing area. It takes five seconds to transfer the energy and getting hit resets the process. Be sure to take out all the enemies before attempting this to avoid getting interrupted.

A few characters have boosted damage during this event, including Childe, Fischl, Mona, Lisa, Beidou, Ningguang, Noelle, Xiangling, and Chongyun. Heroes with crowd control will be useful in this part of the event. You can also try this in co-op if you are having trouble.

Genshin Impact: Star of Destiny Rewards

Here are the rewards from the Star of Destiny event in Genshin Impact:

  • Adventurer’s EXP
  • Companionship XP
  • Fading Star’s Essence (varies with World Rank)

You can use Fading Star’s Essence to purchase the following items from the Event Shop:

  • Crown of Sagehood: 110 Essence
  • Fine Enhancement Ore: 2 Essence
  • Guide To Ballad: 4 Essence
  • Guide To Diligence: 4 Essence
  • Guide To Freedom: 4 Essence
  • Guide To Gold: 4 Essence
  • Guide To Prosperity: 4 Essence
  • Guide To Resistance: 4 Essence
  • Mystic Enhancement Ore: 1 Essence
  • Philosophies of Ballad: 12 Essence
  • Philosophies of Diligence: 12Essence
  • Philosophies of Freedom: 12 Essence
  • Philosophies of Gold: 12 Essence
  • Philosophies of Prosperity: 12 Essence
  • Philosophies of Resistance: 12 Essence

The unique item from the shop is Crown of Sagehood, which is a previous Talent Level-up Material. It costs 110 Fading Star’s Essence and is available only from November 23 through November 30. Its most likely use is to level up end-game character talents. We recommend picking this item up, as it could be limited-time and serve useful further into the game.
