Genshin Impact 2.3 update introduces lots of new content for players, including a healer Artifact set that turns a character many considered underwhelming into an absolute powerhouse. In this guide, we’ll take a look at the Ocean-Hued Clam Artifact set in Genshin Impact, including where to get it and the set bonuses.
Where to get the Ocean-Hued Clam Artifact Set
To obtain the Ocean-Hued Clam Aritfacts, you will need to visit Inazuma and head to the Slumbering Court domain on Seirai Island. There are no specific requirements for opening up this domain, so long as you are Adventure Rank 30 and completed the Ritou Escape Plan quest chain. By then, you should have the area discovered, and you are welcome to grind it out for some pieces. You can find the domain under the mountain at the nearby waypoint.
Overall, the domain is fairly easy and consists of some Mitachurls and Thunder Craven Wolfhounds. You can breeze through it with electro and hydro characters for some nice damage boosts and elemental synergy.
Ocean-Hued Clam Stats
Here are the stats for the Ocean-Hued Clam Artifact set:
- Two-piece bonus: Healing Bonus +15%.
- Four-piece bonus: When the character equipping this artifact set heals a party member, a Sea-Dyed Foam appears for 3 seconds, accumulating the amount of HP recovered from healing (incl. overflow). Sea-Dyed Foam explodes after the duration, dealing DMG to nearby opponents based on 90% of the accumulated healing. Only one Sea-Dyed Foam can be produced every 3.5 seconds. Each Sea-Dyed Foam can accumulate up to 30,000 HP, including overflowed healing. There can be no more than one Sea-Dyed Foam active in the entire party at any given time. The effect can still be triggered if the character is not on the field.
The OHC set is impressive to throw on Kokomi, turning her into one of the best DPS characters in Genshin Impact. It’s a big leap for what many would consider one of the worst characters in the game. Other great characters for this set include Barbara and Qiqi.
The four-piece set allows Kokomi to add 30,000 damage every three seconds onto her already existing, say, 20,000 or so combo damage. To put that into perspective, you probably have some characters that do 30,000 with their burst… every 15 seconds, maybe?
Alright, as with every Artifact set in the game, there are five pieces in the Ocean-Hued Clam set:
- Flower: Sea-Dyed Blossom
- Plume: Deep Palace’s Plume
- Sand: Cowry of Parting
- Goblet: Pearl Cage
- Circlet: Crown of Watatsumi
Now you know where to get Ocean-Hued Clam Artifacts in Genshin Impact and how the set functions, so it’s time to grind it out and build that Kokomi!
