Mihoyo is now accepting test applications for the Genshin Impact 2.3 beta. An announcement was made in the official Genshin Impact Discord server with a few rules and terms to read through before submitting a test application. We’ve detailed the entire process of applying for a Genshin Impact 2.3 beta test application below.
Before going through with the application process, make sure to join the official Genshin Impact Discord server. You are also expected not to leak any information. Ruining the experience for fellow players can get you in serious trouble with Mihoyo, so don’t do it!
The deadline to apply for the Genshin Impact 2.3 beta test is Friday, September 17, at 10 AM (GMT+8).
How to apply for the Genshin Impact 2.3 beta test
Players interested in applying for the Genshin Impact 2.3 beta can do so by filling out the official beta test application. Interested players will need to input their Discord name and ID, Genshin Impact UID, Adventure Rank level, and regional information.
If you’re a bit confused about where to find your Discord Tag, it refers to your name and the four digits after it (example#1234). You can find this on the bottom left of your Discord app on desktop, or by tapping your icon on the bottom right on mobile.
Your Discord ID can be obtained by going to User Settings, Advanced, and Enable Developer Mode. Find your profile on a server, right-click your name, and select Copy ID. It will be a 16-digit number.
Your Game UID is the number on the bottom right corner of the screen while you’re in Genshin Impact, while your account ID is pulled from your HoYoLAB profile to the right of your name.
After filling in all the fields, you can press the submit button. You will receive a message from the Paimon bot on Discord if you are lucky enough to get a spot in the test.
