How to open the secret cow level in Diablo 2 Resurrected?

You will need a Tome of Town Portal and Wirt’s Leg to open the secret cow level. Insert the two items into the Horadric Cube and hit transmute. You must do this in Act 1 Rogue Encampment, and you must have killed Baal in the difficulty in which you are trying to open the portal to the secret cow level. You may only open the portal to the secret cow level once per difficulty.

How to transmute items in Diablo 2 Resurrected?

To transmute items in Diablo 2 Resurrected, you must have the Horadric Cube. Place the appropriate items for a corresponding recipe into the cube, and hit the transmute button. Your items will disappear, and the resulting item from the recipe will appear in its place.

Where to get the Horadric Cube in Diablo 2 Resurrected?

To get the Horadric Cube, follow the story in Act II, which will lead you to the Halls of the Dead Level 3 in Act II. You will discover a chest in one of the halls containing the Horadric Cube. After obtaining it, travel back to town and speak with Deckard Cain to proceed in the questline.
