As some players might already know, there’s another character coming to the game in the near future. Revenant is a new legend that will be joining the roster in the near future. Players got a look at him back in October for the Fight or Fright Halloween event.

Apex Legends Revenant Overview

Revenant was first discovered back in August during the Iron Crown Collection event when some new in game files were leaked.A file was found containing a description of Revenant along with a list of his abilities.

Revenant will reportedly have two stances: Regular and Shadow. His passive ability called “Infiltrator” applies to both forms allowing him to walk faster while crouched and climb walls better.

In Regular Stance, Revenant will have two abilities. One fires a poison dagger and shows the enemy location, and the other launches a poison bomb that slows enemies. His ultimate ability is Death Recall, and is a totem that can be dropped to protect players from death. Players who are downed in the totem area will be returned to life with 20 HP.

In Shadow Stance, his first ability is Shadow Walk, which allows him to move silently and quickly for six seconds. This ability also resets his skill cooldowns. His second ability is Shadow Step, sending out a clone that allows Revenant to teleport to the clone’s location. His ultimate in this form makes a doorway through walls lasting 5 seconds.

With the recent announcement of Forge, it looks like players will have to wait a bit until Revenant becomes available for play.
