Apex Legends Sentinel Weapon Overview

The Sentinel is a new bolt action sniper rifle. In the words of executive producer Drew McCoy, “It feels really powerful. It’s got that cool animation when you cock it back. It’s a little different than our other sniper rifles because it has a charge mechanic.”

Not much else was said about this new weapon, although McCoy did hint at a delay between shots which is to be expected from a bolt action sniper. This weapon was initially uncovered by a data miner in early December but not many details were found.
