The Palace in a Pool Domain is located at the Suigetsu Pool location on Watatsumi Island in Inazuma. There is a nearby waypoint, but you can also make your way there via Waverider from Fort Mumei if you haven’t picked it up yet. Let’s get started on how to unlock the Palace in a Pool Domain in Genshin Impact.

How to Unlock Palace in a Pool Domain in Genshin Impact

To unlock the Palace in a Pool Domain in Genshin Impact, follow these steps:

  1. Travel to the Palace in a Pool Domain at Suigetsu Pool
  2. Activate the Electrogranum near the outer ring
  3. Turn each of the four arrows inward to face the center of the ring
  4. Activate the mysterious pillar
  5. Use an Electro character to activate all four Electro Pillars
  6. Jump down into the water and swim down the tunnel
  7. Climb the three and activate the three mechanisms to open the gate
  8. Walk through the gate and climb the wall to activate the final mechanism

Turning the Arrows using the Electrogranum

Travel to the Palace in a Pool Domain, and stand on the ring that surrounds the pool of water. Locate and summon the nearby Electrogranum and turn the arrows inward, facing the center of the ring. While empowered by the Electrogranum, it will attract the arrows and make them turn toward you if you are close enough. Alternatively, you can use Beidou’s elemental skill to turn the arrows.

There are four arrows you’ll need to turn inward. Since the Electrogranum only lasts a short duration, you will likely need to pick it up again one or two times. There is one arrow next to the Electrogranum, so get that one last. Otherwise, it will keep getting off-center as you run by it. When all four arrows turn inward, the seal on the Electro Pillars will disappear.

Activating the Pillars

Next, you should see the seals around the Electro Pillars disappear. Locate the Mysterious Pillar, and activate that one first. Then, you can use an Electro character like Fischl to activate the remaining four Electro Pillars. After you light the final Pillar, the water in the pool should drain, revealing the Palace in a Pool Domain.

Activating the Mechanisms

Jump down into the well, and swim toward the large tree root at the end of the tunnel. Climb the tree, and activate all three of the mechanisms on the wall. A nearby gate will open, and just inside the gate, you should see a relay stone above your head.

Climb the wall, and you will find one last mechanism up top. Activate it to lower the water level once again, which is enough to reveal the domain fully. Hit the lever on the wall, and walk through the gate for quick access back to the domain.

Congratulations on unlocking the Palace in a Pool Domain in Genshin Impact. You also receive a nice little achievement for opening up the new location!
