Travelers can now enjoy some relaxing fishing in Genshin Impact. As such, many players are probably trying to collect them all. Some species are rarer than others, though, and can prove a bit difficult to find. Certain fish are only present in particular areas, and they also require a specific time of day. One such fish is the Raemei Angelfish, and you might be wondering how to catch it. Here’s how and where to catch the Raimei Angelfish in Genshin Impact.
The Raimei Angelfish is a rare species and is available as an Ornamental Fish which you can use as furnishing in your Serenitea Pot. You’ll need to be in the right area at the right time of day to catch a Raimei Angelfish in Genshin Impact. While we’re on the subject of fishing, be sure to check out our Genshin Impact fishing points and our beginner’s guide on how to fish if you’re just getting started.
Let’s dive into how to catch the Raimei Angelfish in Genshin Impact.
Genshin Impact Raimei Angelfish Location
The Raimei Angelfish is only found near the shipwreck south of Kujou Encampment on Kannazuka Island in the Inazuma region. To catch one, you’ll need to set your in-game clock to somewhere between 18:00 and 06:00. You’ll also need to make sure to use a False Worm Bait to catch the Raimei Angelfish.
When you get to the location at the proper time of day, look for the fish that’s jumping in and out of the water. That’s the one you want to catch if you are going for the Ornamental Fish variety of Raimei Angelfish. Otherwise, catching any of the other ones swimming around will only get you the rare type.
Equip the False Worm Bait, and cast your line near the fish. Remember not to cast it too close, or else it will swim away, and you’ll need to wait a bit. Also, if you end up scaring away the school of fish when you get to the area, you can fast forward your clock a little bit to get them back. Otherwise, it only takes a few seconds for them to show up again if you’re patient.
