Fortnite’s first content update in Chapter 2 Season 5 rolled out on December 15. The patch brings some new content to the game, including holiday skins, other cosmetics, NPCs, and some new weapons. To get The Big Chill Exotic Grenade Launcher in Fortnite, follow these steps:
- Visit the snowy mountains south of Catty Corner
- Find and speak with the Snowmando Character
- Select to purchase The Big Chill for 1,455 Gold Bars
Snowmando is a new character added alongside the other NPCs in Fortnite’s Season 5. You can find him in the snowy mountains patrolling near his Snow Cones truck.
If you speak with him, you get the option to purchase The Big Chill grenade launcher for 1,455 Gold Bars. It’s a steep price to pay, but you may need to use this weapon to secure some kills in the Operation Snowdown event.
