Where to find the SMG in Remnant: From the Ashes

Players in Remnant: From the Ashes start with a weapon called the Repeater Pistol. This is by no means a weak sidearm, but some people might prefer to use the SMG. We’ll help you learn where to find the SMG in Remnant: From the Ashes.

As you exit Ward 13 for the first time, you will see a Ward 13 Keycard on a table. Pick this item up, and go to a checkpoint so you can teleport back to Ward 13.

Head to the stairs that go down to the reactor level and keep following them down to level B2.

Continue down to B2 and locate a room with double doors. You will be able to open these doors with the Ward 13 keycard.

Use the Ward 13 Keycard in the reader with the red light to the right of the double doors. The light will turn green and you should now be able to access the room.

On this level you will find a few good items including a fuse and an Elder Knowledge book that grants you a few trait points. Make sure to pick up the fuse, we’ll need this on the next step.

After you’ve grabbed the fuse, go back to the stairs and go down another level to B3.

In the hallway you will see a fuse box. Interact with this and place the fuse you just found inside. Then, interact again to turn on the power. There is some loot to be picked up on this level. Once you’ve fully explored the level, head back to the fuse box and turn it off.

Go back into the area you just explored. Immediately to the left you will notice a tunnel with a fan. Since you turned the fuse box off, the fan should no longer be spinning and you will be able to enter the room. In the back room past the fan you will find a Ward 13 Master Key.

Now you can head back up to the B2 level, open the locked door with the Master Key, and obtain the SMG.
