Yunobo Location in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom (TotK)
Before you start the quest Yunobo of Goron City the first thing you are going to need to do is pick up some flame-resistant gear and/or get yourself some elixirs and food that will help you become resistant to heat. You can do that in Goron City itself. After you have done that you can safely start the quest.
Now, even though you’re involved in the main quest, there is a side quest that you should take to make things quicker for yourself. Find Dugby in Goron City and take the side adventure from him called the Ancient City of Gorondia. Dugby’s quest will have you repair his broken minecart. – use Ultrahand to take the big engine and put it on the back of the cart. After that just put the whole cart on the tracks and talk to Dugby so you both get in. By riding in this cart you have simultaneously completed the side quest and have gone to the YunoboCo HQ, one step closer to Yunobo himself.
All you need to do now is get off the cart and head over to the cave on the right that is guarded by two Gorons, Slergo and Offrak. After a dialogue with them, you will enter the cave and the battle with Yunobo will begin.
Note: Slergo and Offrak will not let you enter the cave and proceed with the quest if you don’t have any fire-resistant items equipped.
Facing Yunobo in Tears of the Kingdom (TotK)
You will face the Clearly Not Himself Yunobo. This boss battle will be like none other because Yunobo won’t fight you in a classic way. Instead, he will roll in a ball like an armadillo and charge at you. Your job is to pay attention to the dust that is created around him while he does this. When you see a lot of dust gathering around Yunobo, it means he is about to charge so you need to dodge quickly. If you have evaded his roll successfully he slammed into a wall and stunned himself. This is the time for you to attack and deal some damage.
Once you beat Yunobo he will become his old self and decide to help you in the rest of your mission.
